Copyright in literary and artistic works

In the webinar “copyright in literary and artistic works”, lawyer Martha Elena Penen, PhD in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid, will explain to the attendees the foundation, criteria, areas of protection, subjects of copyright, moral rights, economic rights, limitations and exceptions to copyright, civil and criminal regime among other basic areas of copyright.

Martha Elena Penen studied Law at Universidad del Rosario, where she has also served as Vice-Rector, General Secretary, and Director of the Law Specialization program. She currently teaches Introduction to Law and leads the content development for all legal, tax, accounting, foreign trade, and human resource management products at Legis.
