On August 11, the Institutional Planning Directorate shared the results of the Institutional Action Plan, reporting that we are at 97.54% in terms of meeting the goals.
In this way, the commitment, management and teamwork developed by each of the processes in the search for the University we want is increasingly ratified.
The progress report serves as the basis for each piece of data shared. It is worth noting that this report was endorsed and approved by the Performance Commission and the SAC Committee on August 4, 2022, and, in summary, contains the following information:
According to the general structure of the Action Plan, which indicates a number of tasks to be completed during the term and the point value according to the categorization of each one; for the second quarter, the planning shows a total of 594 tasks, distributed as follows:

Understanding that more tasks and points were planned for the second quarter compared to the first quarter, the resulting achievement is 97,54%, which is broken down in the following overview:

For the first period, an overall progress of 18.00% was achieved, composed as follows in progress by leading departments:

Once the monitoring and reporting exercise by those responsible was completed, the effort made by the processes was evident; however, the following stand out: compliance with schedules, description of tasks, relevance, punctuality, commitment and achievement of the goal, the departments to highlight are the following:
The Planning Department highlights the work done by each department and the results obtained during the quarter, indicating the importance of maintaining compliance, and reminding everyone of the follow-up schedule for the third quarter.
