Human rights: part of professional training?

The University of Cundinamarca, in its commitment to create more opportunities for access to higher education for the people of Cundinamarca and Colombia, signed an agreement with the Soacha Education Secretariat to benefit 5,440 students, who will experience university education from grades 9 to 11, through an offer of Institutional Learning fields that will allow them to strengthen the skills and knowledge to develop transversal competencies relevant to university admission.
Within the framework of this agreement, the Minister of Education, Dr. Aurora Vergara, visited the facilities of the University of Cundinamarca, Soacha extension, in order to learn about the needs for the expansion of the infrastructure, the opening of new academic programs and the creation of places for young people from Soacha.
This project is led and promoted by the Academic Vice-Rector's Office, supported by the Academic Development Department and managed by the University Social Interaction Directorate.
