Chía Extension held Engineering Expo
350 people from the region attended EXPOINGENIERIA, where various projects were showcased. The event aimed to stimulate interest and curiosity in engineering through processes involving observation, design and prototype development, experimentation, analysis, and scientific outreach.
In EXPOINGENIERÍA Different actors participated, including students, teachers, graduates, administrative staff, but especially students from 12 educational institutions in the region who participated and developed the Virtual Robotics Course through the platform.
Through this process, the young beneficiaries of the course carried out research, put their knowledge and discoveries into practice, experienced collaborative work, and became self-sufficient and responsible for their actions.
During the academic event, topics such as Genetic Algorithms, Computer Security, Precision Agriculture, Video Games and other topics of interest to the attending public were discussed.
