This is how the Office of Academic Development progressed

The improvement plan for the Saber Pro tests was consolidated, the monitoring program was implemented, and 520 practices were carried out, among other achievements.

During 2022, the implementation of monitoring programs, support for postgraduate teacher training and academic practices, as well as the development of training experiences and the consolidation of the path to strengthening and improving the Saber Pro tests, among other achievements, have been achieved.

“The results include the development of the activity start-up route, compliance with the CAI (Institutional Learning Fields) zone programming with 191 groups, as well as support for postgraduate training for 11 teachers or knowledge managers, and 33 registrations for participation in national academic events, which strengthened the faculty profile, contributing to the curricular management indicators of the academic programs,” explained Liliana Castro, head of the Academic Development Office.

“We developed 520 academic practices or training experiences as a fundamental part of the experience of situations in which feelings, emotions and relationships with others are involved, guaranteeing compliance with agreement 034 of 2022,” Castro added.

In addition, 31 students were exempted from paying graduation fees. “It is worth noting that three calls for monitors were made, resulting in the appointment of 328 student monitors in the following monitor categories: CMA, EFAD, Bienestar la Vida, and ISU. This fulfills the stipulations of agreement 001 of 2013 and 030 of 2022, contributing to the improvement of the training and learning process. Students are active and transformative agents in ensuring the quality of learning through the institutional strategy MEDIT a un CLIC,” Castro pointed out.

At UCundinamarca we move forward with the foundation of educating for life and contributing to the development of the region and the country, through higher education.
