In the session of May 31, 2022, the Academic Council of the University of Cundinamarca approved the assimilation of two (2) academic credits, in which students of study plans in programs that do not have curricular redefinition are enrolled, that complete and pass with a score of 85% or higher the Expected Learning Outcome REA of the Institutional Learning Field CAI – Generation 21st Century Chair-, prior to the presentation of the Saber Pro and Saber Técnico y Tecnológico state exam carried out by the Colombian Institute for the Promotion of Higher Education ICFES, according to the schedule of each year.
To carry out this assimilation, the curriculum committees are empowered to define the corresponding thematic core to be assimilated and will report it by means of a record to the Office of Admissions and Academic Registration for the relevant purposes.
Students are also reminded that the following is in effect: Agreement 020 of 2020 issued by the Higher Council in which the exemption from the payment of graduation fees is recognized for students who obtain an overall score located in the upper decile by Reference Group (GR) or Basic Core of Knowledge (NBC) in the Saber PRO and Saber T&T tests.
For the purpose of evaluating scores, the parameters established by the Colombian Institute for the Evaluation of Education (ICFES) for the current period will be taken into account. These students will also be awarded two (2) additional credits toward their student assimilation plan for achieving these results.
This is important news that strengthens students' skills and prepares them for state exams, demonstrating the quality of their training processes and learning achievements.
