Access the electoral discount for the IIPA 2017

This is important information for all students who wish to access the 10% discount on the tuition fee for IIPA 2017, by presenting the electoral certificate (PLEBISCITE OF OCTOBER 2, 2016).

The student community is informed that, in accordance with the provisions of Laws 403 of 1997 and 815 of 2003, in order to make effective the 10% discount on the tuition fee for the different Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs, corresponding to the second academic period of 2017 and in the other academic periods that take place until the following elections in which they participate, from May 2nd to June 9th, 2017 They can access the institutional platform with their username and password by clicking on the “Electoral Discount” icon:

Through the application, they must attach a PDF file containing a scanned copy of the electoral certificate corresponding to the elections held on OCTOBER 2, 2016 (PLEBISCITE) and a photocopy of the national identity card on a single sheet.

Once the information has been uploaded to the system, they must proceed to confirm in the Treasury area of the Headquarters, Branches and Extensions in person or by telephone, that the process has been successfully approved.

As established in the Resolution 075 of June 12, 2014, “…Article 2.- The University of Cundinamarca, applying the principles of economy, speed and good faith, presumes the authenticity of the scanned electoral certificate; however, reserves the right to conduct further revisions…”.

Note 1: Documents submitted after the established dates will not be taken into account for the settlement of the tuition fees for the second semester of 2017.

Note 2: To obtain this benefit The only valid certificate is the PLEBISCITE certificate dated October 2, 2016. Electoral certificates issued before the aforementioned date are not valid.

Note 3: Only the voter registration certificate issued by the Student.

Note 4: If you completed the process of uploading your voter registration certificate during the First Academic Period of 2017, It is not necessary to validate it again, because the system applies the discount automatically.
