Access the 10% discount by presenting your electoral certificate

This is important information for all students who wish to access the 10% discount on the tuition fee for IIPA 2022, by presenting the electoral certificate (SECOND ROUND OF THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS OF COLOMBIA ON JUNE 19, 2022).

The student community is informed that, in accordance with the provisions of laws 403 of 1997 and 815 of 2003, in order to make effective the 10% discount on the value of the tuition for the different Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs corresponding to the second academic period of 2022 and in the other academic periods that take place until the following elections in which they participate.

Where they will need to attach one (1) file in PDF format, which must contain:

• Copy of the scanned electoral certificate corresponding to the elections held on June 19, 2022 (SECOND ROUND OF THE COLOMBIAN PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS).
• Photocopy of the national identity card on a single sheet.

Once the information has been uploaded to the system, starting June 30, 2022, you can verify if your discount was successfully applied by clicking the button. Election Discount.

As established in the Resolution 075 of June 12, 2014, “…Article 2.- The University of Cundinamarca, applying the principles of economy, speed and good faith, presumes the authenticity of the scanned electoral certificate; however, it reserves the right to carry out subsequent reviews…”

Note 1: Documents submitted after the established dates NO These will be taken into account for the settlement of the tuition fees.

Note 2: To obtain this benefit, the only valid certificate is the one from Colombian Presidential Elections of June 19, 2022. Voter registration certificates issued before the date mentioned are not valid.

Note 3: Only the voter registration certificate issued by the Student.

Note 4: If the student has not changed their identity card to a national identity card, NO The Election Discount will be applied. This must be updated beforehand at the Admissions, Registration and Academic Control office.
