Job openings for 10,000 people: these are the conditions

Teleperformance (TP), the French multinational that works in the management of brand interactions, has opened a job posting that includes the offer of more than 10,000 jobs throughout Colombia for the end-of-year season. The jobs include the option to work from home from any city or municipality, as well as the option to go in person at the office in Bogotá, Barranquilla or Medellín.

Those interested can apply starting this Monday, November 8th; they will not be required to be professionals or have work experience. They only need to demonstrate a minimum English level of 80 % (They will not be asked for certification in language skills, as the company will evaluate candidates during the hiring process) and they only need to be of legal age. The vacancies are also aimed at young university students who wish to work during the holiday season.

According to Teleperformance, the profiles the company is looking for are for Customer Service, Sales, Interpretation, Content Moderation, Technical Support, Among other things. Salaries range from 1 to 2 million pesos, different schedules are offered, all contracts are indefinite, and the employment is directly with TP. Each employee will also be provided with a computer to work from home without having to use their personal equipment and will receive a subsidy to cover internet service costs, among other benefits. In the case of people who are on-site, They will have door-to-door transport and supplementary health plan in some modalities.

According to Teleperformance, candidates will be able to work with the most recognized brands in the world of technology, social media, and consumer goods., e-commerce and airlines, among others. They will connect with consumers daily through content moderation, interpretation, technical support, customer service and others. “The commitment to the country's economic recovery continues, and TP is investing in the Colombian market with the opening of the largest job posting in the country for bilingual individuals, who can work from home or directly in our offices. We are looking for different profiles and skills depending on the brand with which employees will be working during the end-of-year season,” commented Juan Carlos Gaitán, Vice President of Human Resources at Teleperformance Colombia.
