97% compliance in the Action Plan

The fulfillment of activities related to the Institutional Action Plan culminated its third quarter with the approval of the report presented to the Performance Commission and the SAC Committee, where the results achieved report a compliance of 97%.

According to the structure of the Action Plan, it is possible to validate progress from different aspects, such as:

1. Status of task completion for Quarter 3

For the period from July to September, 508 tasks were planned, of which 489 were completed, in addition to the corrected tasks from the second quarter, which were 5 out of 13.

Therefore, a net progress of 22.7% was obtained in the quarter, which, accumulated with the previous quarters, means that we are at 68.89% of overall progress of the 2022 Action Plan.

2. Advance on strategic fronts

From another point of view, the progress made on strategic fronts, which is shown below, is validated:

4. Team Recognition

As a result of the quarterly monitoring carried out by the Institutional Planning Directorate, recognition is given to the units that excelled in reporting actions, adhering to schedules, describing tasks, relevance, punctuality, commitment, and achieving goals.
