JUSTIFICATION

This proposal directs care as the essence of Nursing where being, knowing and knowing how to do are interrelated; hence the importance of fostering necessary spaces for the active participation of health professionals in the perspective of socializing care proposals in the different clinical and community situations and environments, in order to generate reflection in the group of students and professionals in their daily work.

Likewise, fundamental aspects of public health as a national policy are revisited, which seeks to guarantee, in an integrated manner, the health of the population through actions of monitoring, evaluation, analysis of the health situation for the promotion and maintenance of health at the individual and collective level.

Furthermore, the ethical approach of the meeting seeks to ensure that nursing professionals have a thorough understanding of the ethical and human implications of nursing care, so that they can be held accountable for good practice.

This meeting is an opportunity to share care experiences and research projects with international and national speakers, creating academic ties that strengthen the Faculty of Health Sciences - Nursing Program of Ucundinamarca, intersectoral, interinstitutional and interdisciplinary work.

General Objective

To share practical and research experiences at the national and international level in the clinical and community field, in order to strengthen and improve nursing care, for the benefit of the quality of life of the individual, family and communities, with an intersectoral and interdisciplinary approach.

Specific objectives

  • Sharing and learning about care experiences in clinical and community practice, in order to generate intervention proposals in the different areas of nursing care.
  • To foster in participants a culture of research as an intervention tool that provides solutions to different problems in clinical and community practice.
  • Motivating professionals to embrace ethical determinants as a fundamental component of care

Health science professionals, university professors, undergraduate and postgraduate students, public and private officials interested in the topic.
