Second Call for R&D projects for the technological development of biological basis that contribute to the challenges of the Department of Cundinamarca – 2018

With the aim of strengthening the production of knowledge and high-impact experimental development to contribute to the regional challenges in the areas of environment, biodiversity, renewable energies and peacebuilding in the Department of Cundinamarca, COLCIENCIAS invites you to participate in the Second Call for R&D projects for the technological development of biological basis that contribute to the challenges of the Department of Cundinamarca – 2018.

Addressed to:

Alliances led by at least one of the following actors from the Department of Cundinamarca:

• Research, Technological Development and Innovation Groups attached to legally constituted entities in Colombia, with current recognition by Colciencias at the closing of this call.
• Research centers and institutes or technological development centers, both autonomous* and dependent on legally constituted institutions in Colombia, with current recognition by COLCIENCIAS at the close of this call, within the framework of the permanent recognition service.

With the opportunity to partner with at least one of the following actors:

• Actors of the National Science, Technology and Innovation System: Research, technological development and innovation groups and/or research centers and institutes, technological development centers or innovation and productivity centers recognized by COLCIENCIAS, recognized business R&D&I units.
• For-profit companies, legally established in Colombia at least six (6) months before the closing date of this call for proposals and classified in accordance with the provisions of Law 905 of 2004 and current regulations, and with experience in R&D&I processes.pin-offs university institutions, legally established in Colombia as of the closing date of this call for applications.
• State sector entities: Municipalities, autonomous corporations.
• Organized Civil Society.

The alliance may also link:

An educational institution or international research, technological development or innovation center acting as an international collaborating entity.

*Autonomous centers must be legally established in Colombia within the Department of Cundinamarca*.
