25 approved research projects

Within the framework of the “CCall for joint research projects between the University of Cundinamarca and the National University of Colombia, Bogotá campus”, On Friday, August 24, 2018, at the Office of Special Projects and Interinstitutional Relations of the University of Cundinamarca, the Selection Committee met, which included, on behalf of the National University of Colombia, the representative of the Research and Extension Directorate, the Research Division and vice-deans of research from the faculties of the same University; and on behalf of the University of Cundinamarca, the Representative of the Research Directorate and the Deans of the seven (7) faculties.

The Rector, Adriano Muñoz Barrera, and the Academic Vice-Rector, Pablo Emilio Flórez, participated as special guests.

During the meeting, the procedure followed for the selection of projects, the peer review process, the results of the peer review, the budget allocated to eligible proposals, the number of approved projects, and the timeline for the development of the call were verified.

For the Research Directorate of Ucundinamarca, the result of the call is satisfactory, with 25 projects approved from different disciplines for a value of $ 1,048,861,858 pesos, which demonstrates the commitment and good level of knowledge of our researchers in this and other recent calls.
