1,111 new professionals

The University of Cundinamarca proudly celebrated the graduation of 1,111 new professionals from various academic programs across its seven regional campuses. In a moving, simultaneous ceremony, degrees were awarded in Fusagasugá, Facatativá, Chía, Soacha, Zipaquirá, Ubaté, and Girardot, marking a milestone in the training of future leaders who are ready to transform their communities.

The rector, Adriano Muñoz Barrera, highlighted the university's commitment to offering a high-quality education under the Transmodern Digital Educational Model (MEDIT), which promotes the integral development of students.

In Girardot, Dr. María Nancy Garzón, dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences, emphasized the importance of these new professionals for the future of the region and the country, while in Soacha, the coordinator of the Sports Sciences program, Edwar Javier Prieto, paid tribute to the families, recognizing their essential support in the graduates' achievement.

In Ubaté, the dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Javier Gracia Gil, encouraged the new graduates to be ambassadors of the University of Cundinamarca, highlighting the importance of acting ethically and with commitment to the development of their communities.
