With a massive turnout, the serenade for Cundinamarca was held at the Soacha Extension with the presence of various groups performing llanera music, Colombian Pacific music, ska, among others, plus the Udecino talent that joined this activity.
“The Serenade for Cundinamarca celebrates the values and work of the University, giving us examples of the talent of all our students,”, expressed Samir Elías Aldana Sayím, teacher of the Zipaquirá Extension Music Program.
These activities aim to transform academic work into a continuous defense of life and the promotion of the cultural values that underlie each region where the University of Cundinamarca has a presence.
“These events allow us to create spaces for interaction outside of the classroom and to explore our talents,”, Yulieth Villamil, an Industrial Engineering student, stated
These spaces allow the academic and general community to experience countless personal and collective experiences through sound, interaction, and active participation.
