Frey Eduardo Quintero Suárez, better known as Boyacoman, presented his musical comedy routine to the graduates of the Fusagasugá and Girardot branches, where he recalled topics of family, childhood, adolescence, student life and how technology changed people's lifestyles.
At the Fusagasugá campus, more than 250 graduates attended the event, and at the Girardot branch, more than 300 graduates enjoyed the humor and show of Boyacoman, as well as sports and recreational activities such as mini tejo, frog, parqués, dominoes, volleyball, soccer, basketball, among others.
“This graduates' meeting was the perfect setting to share experiences, to reconnect with friends, and in turn strengthen bonds with a sense of belonging by linking it to academic, recreational, sports and cultural activities, because the graduate must be an active part of the UCundinamarca family,”, The representatives of Graduates before the Superior Council, Nancy Moreno Amézquita and Mario Fernando Ortiz Almanza, stood out.
The first graduates attended the meeting, as Héctor Cortes Hernández recalled: “This alumni reunion is quite significant for me. I graduated in 1979 from the first graduating class of the Biology and Chemistry academic program, and I'm only now meeting up with my classmates. It's wonderful to reminisce about our past and learn about our classmates. We graduated and went our separate ways; some live in the country, others abroad. This reunion fills you with joy.”.
For his part, Pedro Alexander Suárez Guzmán, a graduate in Basic Education with an emphasis in Physical Education, Recreation and Sports, highlighted: “He congratulated the University of Cundinamarca and the Graduate Office for the meeting, since this sporting and cultural event had not been carried out in previous administrations; it is important that they involve us in the activities of our Institution.”.
The graduates' meeting continues at the Extensions in Soacha, Facatativá, Chía, Zipaquirá, and the Ubaté Branch.
