Children's Cycling shines at the 2025 Sole Bike Cup

The UCundinamarca Children's Cycling Team demonstrated their talent and sporting commitment during their participation in the second round of the Sole Bike Race Cup 2025, held at the Sibatiando MTB Track, in the municipality of Sibaté, Cundinamarca.

In the Push Bike and MTB Cycling categories, the club had the participation of 14 young athletes, who faced a demanding competition alongside 226 cyclists from all over the country, belonging to 10 regional clubs.

Coach Carlos Andrés Lote Pérez highlighted the team's excellent performance, noting that 12 athletes reached the finals of their respective categories and 6 managed to place on the podium, considering that only the first five places are officially awarded.

• Numar José Bueno Villamil – 3rd place
• Mia Isabella Morales Pacheco – 5th place
• Diego Andrés Ibañez Piragua, Erick Joel González Sánchez, Martin Emiliano Martínez Romero and Thomas Felipe Duarte Aldana – 4th place

The coach also praised the support and exemplary attitude of the parents and guardians, stating, “The families” support was fundamental. Their willingness and behavior reflect their commitment to healthy competition and their love for the sport.”.

The team is already preparing for its next competition: the second round of the Saurios Cup, which will take place on Sunday, May 25th in the municipality of Agua de Dios, where they hope to continue adding victories for the #UCundinamarca.
