How to disable pop-up blocking

-Disable your browser's pop-up blocker option:

Mozilla Firefox enter Tools / Preferences / Content and uncheck Block pop-ups.

Google Chrome enter Customize and control Google Chrome / Settings / Show advanced settings / Privacy – Content settings / Pop-ups and select Allow all sites to show pop-ups.

Internet Explorer: enter Tools / Pop-up blocker and choose Disable the pop-up blocker.

-Verify that your antivirus Do not block windows or pop-ups.

-Remember that For security reasons, you must change your password periodically. and that this is unique and non-transferable.

Look up user

-Make sure to select the corresponding document type and enter its number correctly.

-Initially, your access password to the Platform will be the same as your assigned username. The system will prompt you to change your password when logging in for the first time.

-Once the role is assigned, the user is responsible for its management and for all activities carried out with it within the platform.

Students: To update your email address on the platform, you must go to the Office of Admissions, Registration, and Academic Control of the campus, regional section, or extension to which you belong.

Teachers or administrative staff: to update your email on the platform, please contact the Systems Office at 828 1483, extension 110.
