Introduction

The Academic Council and the delegated committee for monitoring the process of collective and dialogical construction of the Student Regulations, in accordance with the postulates of our Transmodern Digital Educational Model – MEDIT, have consolidated a phased strategic route that has been under development from 2019 to the present.

 

During this period, three versions have been drafted, accompanied by various activities designed to achieve the participation of the entire university community, promoting freedom, civility, and democratic values as part of lifelong education.

  • Participation of all agents of the university community, highlighting the contributions of students through the faculties and various strategies designed (dialogical meetings, dialogue tables, conversations, website) and approved by the Academic Council.
  • For the organization, analysis, systematization and generation of qualitative and quantitative data, five (5) sources of information were used (faculties, student representative to the Superior Council, discussions, working groups, website) which were inputs for the writing of the working document Version No. 3.
  • To facilitate the socialization, visibility and systematization of qualitative and quantitative information by source, the corresponding data dashboard was generated.
  • Dialogical and formative construction spaces were provided with students, professors, coordinators, deans and other administrative staff as indicated by MEDIT and with the support of the commission delegated by the Academic Council.
