The requirements for registering for the first semester are:

Provide proof of current enrollment in a contributory or subsidized EPS (150%)
Medical certificate issued by a general practitioner
State Exam Saber ICFES Tests
High school diploma / Bachelor's degree certificate
High School Diploma
Civil Registry
Identification Card (150%)
Military ID Card (150%), if you have already obtained it
These documents must be scanned and saved in individual PDF format and then uploaded to the institutional platform according to the instructions published on the institutional website.

The student may cancel the academic registration within the first four (4) weeks of the academic period.

This procedure is managed directly from the Institutional Platform (Academusoft application) by logging into the Institutional Request System (SIS), then clicking on the Training and Learning Management/Student icon and submitting a request.

The student who has cancelled a semester or has not renewed their enrollment may apply for readmission to the University within the deadlines provided in the academic calendar and established terms.

This procedure is managed directly from the Institutional Platform (Academusoft application) by logging into the Institutional Requests System (SIS), then clicking on the Training and Learning Management/Student icon, and submitting a request.

No documents need to be attached, you just need to carry out the procedure through the institutional platform (Academusoft application) by entering the Institutional Requests System (SIS), then clicking on the Training and Learning Management/Student icon and submitting the request. It is important to keep in mind that a student who defers the academic semester for up to three (3) years, continuously or discontinuously, will result in the permanent withdrawal from the academic program they are taking.

Applicants requesting an external transfer must complete the registration process and take the tests established by the University. Once admitted, they may request in writing to the faculty council an evaluation for external transfer credit recognition.

Submit a written application for validation by external transfer and attach the following documents:

  • Photocopy of high school diploma.
  • Original copy of the graduation certificate
  • Syllabi of the core thematic units studied and their respective grade transcripts based on the credit system.
  • Certificate of good conduct and clearance issued by the university of origin.
  • For external transfers from Colombian universities, the ICFES state exam score must be equal to or higher than that of the last student admitted to the program in the semester for which admission is requested. In the case of students coming from foreign universities, they are required to take the state exam administered by ICFES and meet the aforementioned condition.

For the internal transfer, the student must carry out the procedure directly from the Institutional Platform (Academusoft application) by logging into the Institutional Request System (SIS), then clicking on the Training and Learning Management/Student icon, and submitting the request.

The student who wishes to register for additional thematic cores to those enrolled at the time of registration may do so within the two weeks following the start of the academic activity. To add thematic cores, prior authorization from the director or coordinator of the academic program is required, who may only authorize it in accordance with current regulations. These additions will incur the corresponding financial fees.
