UCundinamarca is committed to having zero tolerance for bribery in any of its forms, to promoting an anti-bribery culture, allowing it to conduct its mission and operations with high ethical standards, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations; therefore, public servants, contractors, the educational community, suppliers, and business partners of the University of Cundinamarca commit to:

Commitments of senior management at UCundinamarca

  • Disseminate, socialize, and publish the anti-bribery guidelines so that all public servants and contractors of the Educational Institution are aware of them.
  • Promote mechanisms and/or instruments within UCundinamarca for the prevention of bribery, fraud, or corruption practices by public servants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • To facilitate for public servants, contractors, and/or stakeholders the reporting to personnel designated by UCundinamarca of behaviors or facts that may constitute practices of bribery or corruption.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of the data of anyone reporting acts of bribery and/or corruption.
    Protect the identity of informants and persons involved in the report.
  • Receive and forward complaints in a timely manner.
  • Protect public servants, contractors, and/or stakeholder groups against any retaliation as a result of reporting practices that constitute bribery.
  • Promote actions aimed at the training and induction of public servants and contractors in the application of anti-bribery management guidelines and institutional integrity.
