PROCESS OPERATION POLICY
The process operation is inspired by the Rectoral Plan and Action Plan, CISNA Matrix (Initial Conditions for entering the National Accreditation System of academic programs), the integrated management and control system, the Quality Management System, and the Standard Internal Control Model – MECI.
It is based on the continuous improvement cycle of Plan (Identification of needs and planning of activities and programs to be offered), Do (Executing procedures in order to improve the community's quality of life), Check (Monitoring, evaluation, and measurement of the programs offered), and Act (Developing actions that allow for the improvement and guarantee of the quality of the programs) and on compliance with current regulations.
To achieve the proposed objective, reference is made to the management of the University Welfare Mission Process, the parameters of the Ministry of National Education, Decree 1295 of 2010, indicators of the State University System (SUE), the guidelines of the National Accreditation Council (CNA) 2013, and ASCUN University Welfare policies, among others.
