Guidelines for using M365 education email during storage contingency
Due to the storage contingency presented, the General Secretariat together with the Directorate of Systems and Technology are sharing the guidelines for the use of M365 education email with the aim of freeing up and controlling consumption, ensuring that the email is used only for institutional purposes.
Microsoft 365 storage service contingency
As of August 1, 2025, the storage provisioning model under Microsoft 365 licensing was changed: “All storage available to the institution will be grouped and limited, calculated based on the number of active licenses and shared among all services: Exchange Online, SharePoint and OneDrive.”.
