OBJECTIVETo contribute to the solution of problems, needs and/or use of potentialities of the translocal environment in the Department of Cundinamarca, through high impact products resulting from research projects developed within the framework of the Measurement Model in force in the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation; as well as to improve the visibility of researchers, knowledge managers and research groups of the University of Cundinamarca of the Fusagasugá headquarters, the extensions of Chía, Facatativá, Soacha, Zipaquirá and the Ubaté branch. |

RECIPIENTSThis call is aimed at part-time and full-time professors and tenured professors (mandatory for those who do not have projects approved in the last two internal or external calls for proposals) from the Fusagasugá headquarters, the extensions in Chía, Facatativá, Soacha, Zipaquirá and the Ubaté branch, who are linked to institutionally endorsed research groups of the University of Cundinamarca, registered in the National System of Science, Technology and Innovation ScienTI – MINCIENCIAS, who as of the closing date of this call: DO NOT have approved research projects in:
In addition, they must have a duly generated closing report that is in the process of being approved by the Research Development Committee for the projects of the internal calls and institutional interest of the years 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022. |
IMPORTANT ASPECTS
- The proposal must include the delivery of a minimum of five (5) products, of which two (2) Products will generate new knowledge and/or technological development and innovation. Products must meet the quality and categorization standards established in the latest Measurement Call issued by MinCiencias.
- In the case of submitting a proposal with a budget extension due to the inclusion of a research group, at least three additional deliverables must be guaranteed, one of which must correspond to the generation of new knowledge and/or technological development and innovation, meeting the quality and categorization criteria established in the latest Measurement Call issued by MinCiencias. If the project is approved, these deliverables must be included in the research group's work plan.
- Researchers affiliated with the Girardot branch will not be able to participate in this call for proposals.
- The link to the publication(s) made by knowledge managers in quartiles Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4 and/or categories A1, A2, B and C must be attached, which is a fundamental requirement to demonstrate the publication.
- The publications must be in journals and have been published since 2019 at the latest.
- In the budget requested in cash, the increase of the CPI of 12% must be made on the average of the two quotations or the reference prices of Circular 11 of the Administrative and Financial Vice-Rectorate.
- The project schedule must include the deliverables to be submitted in week 21 (June 13, 2025) and week 44 (December 18, 2025). Failure to comply with this requirement will result in project rejection.
- You must upload the following completed and signed forms to the platform: Project Presentation Form to be Submitted to the Committee on Ethics, Bioethics and Integrity in Research – CEBII – MTcr052 (Document 9) and Informed Consent for Participation in Research – MTcr053 (Document 10).
- The proposal includes a maximum of three (3) active researchers, including the principal investigator and co-investigators. It is clarified that the proposal must include professors from at least two (2) research groups (except for the Music program) from the Fusagasugá campus, the Chía, Facatativá, Soacha, and Zipaquirá extensions, and the Ubaté branch.
- Researchers may participate in two projects as co-investigators, provided they have a publication in the highest quartile or category. This publication will allow them to dedicate 10 hours per week to each project submitted in this call for proposals.
