Registration, Selection, and Admission Requirements.
In compliance with the regulations in force in the Rudecolombia Student Regulations, Agreement No. 001 of 2016, which determines the criteria and mechanisms for selecting the program, applicants to become students in the Ph.D. in Education program must meet the following criteria and requirements.
On the Registration Requirements.
a) Submit a resume in accordance with a format established by Rudecolombia. This format indicates: Degrees, Academic Productivity, and Qualified Experience with their respective supporting documents.
b) Provide proof of undergraduate and master's degrees.
c) Provide academic transcripts for the Undergraduate and Master's degrees.
d) Applicants who have completed specialization studies must accredit: The degree or degrees of the respective postgraduate program, as well as the academic transcripts, or failing that, accredit research experience.
In case of having teaching experience, participation in events with a presentation, and publications, present the corresponding certifications.
Present and defend a research proposal in one of the doctoral program's research lines. The proposal must contain (Title, topic, justification, research problem, objectives, theoretical framework, methodological elements, basic bibliography).
Selection and Admission.
Applicants must meet the following criteria and requirements:
Article 2. The National Academic Committee shall define the procedures and quality requirements for selection and admission.
Article 3. The academic committee of the program, CADE, in each university of the network (UdeC), will carry out the respective process and will draw up the corresponding minutes. Both the call for applications and the results thereof will be published.
Article 4. Admission is the procedure by which the member universities of the network (UdeC), following the corresponding call for applications, select their students through a rigorous process that prioritizes academic excellence.
Article 5. To be admitted, applicants must meet the following requirements, which will be weighted for a total of up to 100%.
1. Submit a resume along with supporting documents that verify undergraduate and graduate degrees, academic and research output, and any other requirements determined by the National Academic Committee (40%). The resume and supporting documents must be paginated.

2. Submit and defend a research proposal in one of the research areas of the doctoral program offered by the universities in the network (30%).
3. Complete an interview with the academic committee of the Doctor of Education program at the Network University (CADE) with which you wish to enroll (30%).
4. Other requirements set by the university in the network to which the applicant is admitted. Paragraph. Applicants who obtain the highest percentage will be admitted; in all cases, this percentage must be greater than 70%.
For the evaluation of the requirements, the following assessment will be taken into account:
Observations.
- The minimum admission score is 70 points
- For the allocation of points in items 1 to 6, evidence of documents and/or certifications from the competent authority is a condition.
- For item 7, attach the research proposal
- Deadline for receiving documents at CADE.
