- Implement the cross-border dialogue strategies planned at the institutional level.
- Consolidate and make visible the University of Cundinamarca as a Green University Institution, consistent with its responsibility to society and nature, within the framework of the international standard.
- Ensure an institutional environmental culture within the framework of its commitment to life-forming education, democratic values, civility, and freedom.
- Inform and educate the community of the University of Cundinamarca and its stakeholders, both at its main campus and its regional branches and extensions, regarding the guidelines of this Institutional Environmental Policy.
- To promote the comprehensive protection of the physical and mental health of officials and contractors who contribute to the fulfillment of the institutional mission, through the prevention and control of occupational hazards.
- Identify the hazards, evaluate, assess, and intervene in the risks present in the processes developed by the University Community and other stakeholders, establishing the respective controls, with the purpose of avoiding and minimizing incidents, work-related accidents, and occupational illnesses that may arise as a result thereof.
- Manage risks with each process of the institution based on the confidentiality, integrity, and availability criteria of the Information Security Management System – ISMS information, starting from Information Asset Management, associated in Annex A of the ISO 27001 standard, for their treatment and mitigation, according to the prioritization of the criticality of the identified information assets.
- Comply with the legal and regulatory requirements regarding information security and privacy that bind the activities of the Information Security Management System – ISMS.

OBJECTIVES
GENERAL OBJECTIVE
Promote the international networking of the University of Cundinamarca with the academic world in global environments, in order to foster the interaction of professors and students in knowledge networks and alliances, in research projects (science, technology, and innovation), international volunteering, internships and exchanges, and academic mobility visualized through the curriculum.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
- Implement strategic actions to ensure that 168 outgoing academic mobilities are carried out annually for students from the 5th to the 10th semester, fulfilling the "Dialoguing with the World" policy within the 2025 term.
- To revitalize the 60% program under the agreements established at the University of Cundinamarca by carrying out the “Dialogando con el Mundo” activities during the two academic terms of 2025.
- Ensure the implementation of 56 collaborative online international learning (COIL) classrooms to support the consolidation of the COIL classroom portfolio, with the support of professors, students, and the professionals of "Dialogando con el Mundo" during the two ongoing academic terms.
- Execute the activities within the Research Internationalization procedure to ensure the annual fulfillment of 8 signed Joint Research agreements.
SCOPE
It begins with the strengthening of academic mobility actions, the internationalization of the curriculum, the internationalization of research, and participation in networks and alliances, continues with the revitalization of foundational processes through methodological strategies, and concludes with the appropriation and implementation of the "Dialoguing with the World" Policy.
PROCESS OPERATION POLICY
In Colombia, internationalization processes have been strengthened over the last 20 years, supported by Quality Assurance Processes (Qualified Registries and Quality Accreditations), the Colombian Network for the Internationalization of Higher Education (RCI), the national and international visibility factor by the National Accreditation Council (CNA), the establishment of the Strategic Project “Promotion of the Internationalization of Higher Education” in 2009 by the Ministry of National Education (MEN), Agreement 018 of 2016, through which the Institutional Educational Project (PEI) of the University of Cundinamarca is adopted, the 2016–2026 Strategic Plan of the University of Cundinamarca “Dreaming and Designing the University We Want,“ and the Presidential Plan ”UCundinamarca 21st Century Generation,“ which values the academic maturity of the University of Cundinamarca and therefore embarks on the path of establishing the Internationalization Policy in 2016 (Agreement 018 of 2019).
