An agroecological approach is followed, intercropping aromatic plants such as aloe vera and mint, as well as citrus trees (orange, mandarin, and tangerine), which contribute to biodiversity and provide unique organoleptic characteristics to the final product. Currently, the farm manages a total of 3,000 coffee plants, with a strong focus on sustainability and productive efficiency.
