Being training

The "Training for Being" program at the University of Cundinamarca seeks to promote skills and tools for personal and social well-being in transhuman individuals, fostering well-being, self-love, personal development, and the ability to explore and cultivate emotions, feelings, and behaviors to achieve happiness. It also aims to strengthen soft skills within their management processes to face the challenges of daily life and adapt to changes in order to positively transform society.

A series of strategies focused on vocational guidance and life planning for secondary school students, enabling them to identify vocational interests, skills, and aptitudes to facilitate the application process for higher education. They will also learn about the academic offerings of UCundinamarca and the support services and programs available to facilitate access to and retention in higher education.
At the beginning of the training and learning process of students – creators of opportunities, the University of Cundinamarca has a series of integration and appropriation strategies of the Transmodern Digital Educational Model – MEDIT, Learning Field Methodology, Transhuman Person Declaration as virtual meetings with Technological Interaction and face-to-face meetings such as Recognizing my U and the University for the Family where they become familiar with the services, processes, programs and facilities of the different regional units of UCundinamarca.
Deployment of experiences, encounters and/or strategies focused on strengthening soft, psycho-emotional and social skills, both individual and group, of the university community according to the needs and interests of UCundinamarca, which will allow transformative actors to develop as transhuman people, promoting personal growth and achieving impact, improvement and transformation in society.
We implement training and awareness-raising activities on mental health, promoting healthy lifestyle habits and developing social and emotional skills at both the individual and group levels. In addition, we have a Happiness Questionnaire designed to identify the sense of purpose, daily life satisfaction, and personal fulfillment of the University of Cundinamarca community.
A set of preventative actions aimed at opportunity managers and their families, using tools that provide information on risk and protective factors related to psychoactive substance use and addiction. We also develop programs related to healthy lifestyles, both physically and mentally.
Deployment of actions designed to strengthen the affective bond through artistic, sports, recreational and psychosocial experiences with opportunity managers, knowledge managers and administrators through spaces of integration and active participation of families.
