Background

The signing of agreements and/or academic contracts entails the provision of services by the University of Cundinamarca to public and private entities, with the purpose of generating this interaction through the dialogue of knowledge with the community, as established by the principles of the University Social Interaction policy.

 

Among the objectives of UCundinamarca is the fulfillment of fiscal goals to generate revenue for the institution that contributes to its improvement, through general investment in the development of new strategies that contribute to the transformation of the University as a high-quality higher education institution

Documents for signing academic contracts and/or agreements

Consult here the MIUF066 form to submit proposals and/or quotes for academic agreements and/or contracts.

1. Letter of intent expressing interest in signing the agreement.

2. RUT (Renewed at least as of 2011).

3. Photocopy of the Legal Representative's Certificate of Citizenship.

4. Certificate from the Legal Representative, dated no more than one (1) month ago, stating that the company complied with the payment of contributions to the Social Security System during the last six (6) months.

Note: In the event that a fiscal auditor's appointment is registered in the Chamber of Commerce, the certificate shall be issued by the fiscal auditor and must be accompanied by a photocopy of their Professional ID Card, a copy of their National Identity Card, and a certificate issued by the Central Board of Accountants, with an issue date of no more than 3 months.

5. Certificate of Background Records from the Comptroller General, Procurator General, Judicial Authorities, and the Registry of Corrective Measures of the Legal Representative and the Legal Entity, issued no more than one (1) month ago.
