The Institutional Planning Directorate invites professors and staff members of the institution to participate in the integrity challenge, an interactive game designed to help staff break the monotony and internalize the values and principles of UCundinamarca.
“They will be able to internalize important values for personal and professional life. It is a set of five games designed to highlight each person's integrity and thus embrace the Autonomic Code, explained Rubén Darío Gómez, an official from the Institutional Planning Directorate.

This work has been underway since last semester. In addition, as a preamble to the launch of the game “Integrity Challenge”, the Administrative Department of the Public Function held training on the integrity policy and conflicts of interest on June 16, and on July 23 and 30, faculty and staff members received a presentation on the Autonomic Code.
The Administrative Department of the Public Service ensures that integrity is one of the values that must characterize the public servant, and even creates a guide code so that it can be studied and internalized.
“This game will allow us to measure and understand the perception of integrity among our officials. Likewise, it will help identify whether the training sessions conducted to socialize, disseminate, and internalize the autonomous code have met their objective,” added Gómez.

The web tool developed to support the activity was designed so that participants can play, but also read and learn more about the Autonomous Code. The university community will be able to take on the challenge between August 2 and September 13, 2021. It is worth noting that prizes will be given to those who manage to get a high score in the proposed games.
