It is the body responsible for the assignment and recognition of salary points and bonuses to faculty professors at UCundinamarca, in accordance with the guidelines of Decree-Law 1279 of 2002. The committee is made up of the academic vice-rector, who chairs it; two deans appointed by the Academic Council for a 2-year term; the director of the Office of Research; a full-time professor elected by the professors through direct vote for a 1-year term; and the secretary general or their designee. In addition, there is a permanent guest, the Human Resources coordinator or whoever performs those functions, who will act as the technical secretary of the committee.
