The Data Analysis Area of the Systems and Technology Directorate is dedicated to developing comprehensive solutions in data analytics, control, and visualization. Its main purpose is to transform the data generated by the university community into useful knowledge, strengthening strategic decision-making and offering a more complete view of the institution.

This team transforms data into interactive and dynamic visualizations, ensuring constant updates and the correct application of statistical methods for each dashboard. Furthermore, it handles data processing and cleaning, guaranteeing that the results are reliable, relevant, and long-lasting.

With a focus on institutional intelligence, the Data Analysis Area promotes the strategic use of information to generate new perspectives, optimize processes, and promote evidence-based university management.

This process must be requested through the One Click Service Desk of the Systems and Technology Directorate, by means of the request tab to the Information Systems Development Area, in the “Dashboard Request” section.”

Next, the key data points are identified to generate specific measures and calculations, allowing for better data utilization and the application of statistical techniques for each particular case. Finally, the data dashboard is designed and built.
