USE AND APPROPRIATION OF INFORMATION SYSTEMS

Use and appropriation

The Usage and Appropriation team provides first-level support to users of the institutional systems and applications managed by the Systems and Technology Directorate. They guide and educate users on the proper use of the platforms, ensuring their correct operation and optimal use. They also manage users and their access privileges, guaranteeing efficient support and the appropriate adoption of the information systems.

Phase 1

Socialization and awareness-raising

Self-evaluation is everyone's responsibility! We inform and encourage the university community to participate.

Phase 2

Weighting of programs and campuses

We evaluate the quality of our programs and campuses through weighting exercises with the participation of the community.

Phase 3

Information gathering

We collect relevant information from various sources (documents, statistics, surveys) to understand the community's perception.

Phase 4

Analysis of results

We analyze the gathered information to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement.

Phase 5

Issuance of judgment

Based on the analysis, we make judgments about the quality of our programs and locations.
