The objectives of the research seed bank are as follows:
- To manage at the University of Cundinamarca the training processes in research, science, technology and innovation, as well as the development of co-creative work between professors and students that are oriented towards knowledge management, innovation and creation within the framework of the translocal research lines defined by the institution for the generation of a research culture.
- To highlight the role of research groups in the formative development of students, as a component to build a culture of problem-solving and civility based on democratic values and education for life.
- Apply the Digital Transmodern Educational Model MEDIT through the translocal lines of research defined by the Faculties, in order to generate new knowledge.
- Promote the development of research projects that encourage the involvement of students in formative research activities to support the management of research groups recognized by the University of Cundinamarca and the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation.
- Create the seedbeds through the deployment of the Institutional Learning Field of Science, Technology and Innovation, organized according to the translocal lines of research of each Faculty, with the purpose of strengthening formative research through the management of Research Seedbeds and research groups recognized by the University of Cundinamarca.
- To guide academic production through student participation in research projects that stimulate creativity, learning experiences, innovative and transformative thinking, and knowledge and learning management.
- To support and materialize the publishable articles or monographs of degree options that the students have chosen in their training process.

RecipientsThis call is aimed at research teachers and undergraduate and postgraduate students who are linked to research groups at the University of Cundinamarca that are institutionally endorsed and attached to a research group registered in the National System of Science, Technology and Innovation ScienTI – MINCIENCIAS. |
Budget
Research groups that are attached to the seed bank may participate in internal and/or external calls for research projects, as well as in the internal call for work plans of research groups, and request resources through the research results transfer procedure.
