- Achieve program accreditation and institutional accreditation in accordance with the institutional goals established through self-assessment and accreditation exercises.
- Continuously improve process performance through the implementation of institutional best practices and the application of the mechanisms established by the University of Cundinamarca, with the goal of creating a smart university organization with heart and soul.
- Ensure an institutional environmental culture within the framework of its commitment to life-forming education, democratic values, civility, and freedom.
- Consolidate and make visible the University of Cundinamarca as a Green University Institution, consistent with its responsibility to society and nature, within the framework of the international standard.
- Promote and ensure austerity commitments in the efficient use of materials and energy consumed by the strategic, core, support, monitoring, measurement, analysis, and evaluation processes of UCUNDINAMARCA.
- To promote the comprehensive protection of the physical and mental health of officials and contractors who contribute to the fulfillment of the institutional mission, through the prevention and control of occupational hazards.
- Identify the hazards, evaluate, assess, and intervene in the risks present in the processes developed by the University Community and other stakeholders, establishing the respective controls, with the purpose of avoiding and minimizing incidents, work-related accidents, and occupational illnesses that may arise as a result thereof.
- Establish and maintain the roles and responsibilities of the Information Security Management System – ISMS, taking into account the different hierarchical levels within the institution, starting with Top Management by allocating the necessary and sufficient resources for the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ISMS.
- Define and implement incident management involving the activities of prevention, identification, and management of events and/or incidents that threaten the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets, in accordance with the resources provided by the institution, promoting the continuous improvement of the ISMS.
- Comply with the legal and regulatory requirements regarding information security and privacy that bind the activities of the Information Security Management System – ISMS.

OBJECTIVE
General Objective:
To plan, promote, and implement the guidelines established in Agreement 007 of May 21, 2020, which adopts the University of Cundinamarca’s graduate policy. To strengthen the identity of UCUNDINAMARCA graduates by promoting their participation in institutional processes and identifying the impact of their professional performance on the transformation of society and the improvement of academic programs.
Specific Objectives:
- To achieve an 80% graduate satisfaction rate regarding their participation in events organized by the University during the program period.
- Provide continuing education and professional development opportunities for at least 20% of the university’s graduates who enroll in life skills training programs.
SCOPE
It begins with academic analytics for the characterization, monitoring, and performance of graduates; it continues with the participation of graduates in the institutional learning fields of entrepreneurship and innovation and in the cultural learning fields through the planning, promotion, and execution of scenarios that encourage the participation of the university community of graduates in order to enrich their personal and professional work and strengthen their sense of belonging.
It continues the process of lifelong learning, fostering democratic values, civic responsibility, and freedom by creating opportunities for education in both professional and non-formal areas, such as acquiring new skills required in their respective fields. The graduation process integrates strategies with the faculties, academic programs, and core mission processes.
PROCESS OPERATION POLICY
The graduate process is consistent with the institutional mission and vision, and is also guided by the Transmodern Digital Educational Model (MEDIT), the General Statute, the Development Plan, the Strategic Plan, and the Action Plan of the University of Cundinamarca.
It complies with the accreditation guidelines of the “National Accreditation Council” (CNA) and the regulations of the Ministry of National Education (MEN) regarding quality assurance. Agreement 02 of 2020, which updates the high-quality accreditation model.

The monitoring of scheduled activities is carried out through the exercise of monitoring the Management Systems Indicators, monitoring compliance with the action plan, and compliance with activities planned and carried out with Graduates.
Continuous process performance improvement actions are carried out through improvement plans (Institutional Improvement Opportunities).
Control of identified risks in order to ensure quality in service delivery.
