The specialist in Quality Methodologies for Software Development will be able to work as:

+ Software Engineers responsible for carrying out technical tasks associated with the software development process.

+ Software architects, designers of models to support software development.

+ Requirements Engineer, for requirements elicitation and development.

+ Software Engineers who are members of quality assurance teams, responsible for defining and carrying out process and product quality assurance programs and plans in organizations in the region.

+ Project Managers, administrators and project managers of software development and/or companies dedicated to this work, responsible for the processes of contracting and managing software development projects in contracting and contractor companies.

+ Consultants in the field of software development process improvement.

+ Consultants specializing in software development project contracting.

In accordance with what has been established institutionally, the learning outcomes for each of the learning fields are defined, in accordance with the defined profiles and in application of the learning field methodology, as presented in the following table.

Student training is understood from the perspective of collaborative and co-creative knowledge, in which the entire university community participates. Therefore, graduates of university programs in the areas of engineering, information technology, and communication are eligible to enroll in the specialization.
