Disciplinary offense
Being involved in any of the conduct or behaviors foreseen in the Single Disciplinary Code, which entails the breach of duties, exceeding the limits in the exercise of rights and functions, prohibitions and violation of the regime of disqualifications, incompatibilities, impediments and conflict of interest, without being covered by any of the grounds for exclusion of liability, which gives rise to the advancement of a disciplinary action and, consequently, to the imposition of a sanction of the same type.
