In order to foster spaces for dialogue and the free exchange of ideas on relevant topics of the institution, the faculty and the academic program.

To create dialogical and formative encounters with the Opportunity Creators (students) of each academic program of the University of Cundinamarca, including its branches and extensions, to promote dialogue, the free exchange of ideas and active participation in institutional issues, faculty and academic programs, thus contributing to the continuous improvement of the institution.
This applies to all academic programs at the University of Cundinamarca, including its branches and extensions. It encompasses everything from planning meetings to monitoring improvement plans, with the participation of the Institutional Planning Office, the Faculty Council, Deans, Program Coordinators and/or Directors, and Opportunity Creators (students).

1. Promote active listening and transformative dialogue
Promote spaces where opportunity creators (students) can express their experiences, needs and ideas in an environment of respect and collaboration.
2. Strengthen student retention from a human and academic perspective
Identify factors that affect educational trajectory and co-create support strategies to promote retention and academic success.
