Fifteen years ago, Reserva Cafetera 1983 was founded in the San Miguel district with the goal of producing and processing high-quality coffee while prioritizing environmental stewardship and the sustainable development of the region. It originated within a hardworking family passionate about coffee. Today, at Reserva Cafetera 1983, you can visit us and learn about our coffee production and processing process. You can also tour the coffee plantations, observe birds, and admire the beautiful landscapes, flowers, orchids, and wildlife. The coffee is grown on 1.5 hectares with approximately 6,000 coffee plants, producing 2,400 kilograms of coffee beans annually. The coffee is processed using traditional sun-drying methods.
