The University of Cundinamarca is seeking to hire a Director of the Multidimensional Learning Field who meets the following profile and functions:

Bachelor's degree or professional in areas related to the educational or pedagogical sector with a Master's/Doctorate in Education or related fields and with certified experience of more than 5 years in the management and direction of curricular processes.
Its function will be:
+ To direct and operationalize the management and evaluation of the curriculum in conjunction with the Transmodern Digital Educational Model and the curricular guidelines of the University of Cundinamarca, as a component of the learning assurance strategy of the University of Cundinamarca within the framework of the Quality Assurance System (QAS).
+ To redefine the evaluation of learning from an academic analytics perspective, oriented towards evidence and the achievement of learning, as an improved act by the agents of the university community, through participation in the multidimensional field of learning.
+ Respond to the management and evaluation of curricular aspects according to current regulations, academic guidelines and other institutional documents, with a view to contributing to the improvement of the training process to ensure the permanent curricular transformation towards academic excellence and the social relevance of the programs.
+ Measuring the curricular impact of the University of Cundinamarca in accordance with the institutional purposes, the transformation of society and the achievement of learning, through the analysis of results produced by the application of a battery of indicators.

+ The multidimensional field of learning is composed of the Institutional Learning Field, the Disciplinary Learning Field and the Cultural Learning Field declared in the Transmodern Digital Educational Model of the University of Cundinamarca.

+ Interview. Final selection. The assigned remuneration is 3,704,867. Position of free appointment and removal in the staff of the University of Cundinamarca, attached to the Academic Vice-Rectorate.
