OBJECTIVETo form a pool of internal and external professionals who meet the established criteria to serve as directors, advisors and jury members for degree projects in the different academic programs of the University of Cundinamarca, guaranteeing the quality, relevance and operability of the training processes.
This bank will allow the implementation, management, revitalization and operationalization of the degree projects of the degree options defined in Agreement of the Superior Council No. 027 of December 16, 2021 “Whereby the Undergraduate Student Regulations of the University of Cundinamarca are issued” , Academic Council Agreement No. 012 of July 9, 2024, “Whereby the graduation options of undergraduate programs at the University of Cundinamarca are regulated” and Academic Council Agreement No. 024 of August 1, 2023“Through which the special chapter of postgraduate studies of the University of Cundinamarca is issued”, taking into account the institutional policies, regulations and criteria that establish the mission functions of Learning and Training (FA), Science, Technology and Innovation (CTI), University Social Interaction (ISU) within the framework of the Digital Transmodern Educational Model MEDIT declared by UCundinamarca.

RECIPIENTS
This call is aimed at Knowledge and Learning Managers, as well as professionals with a profile in research and/or social projection, interested in belonging to the Internal and External Bank of Directors, Advisors and Jury Members of Degree Projects.
Similarly, it is open to mentor professors who accompany undergraduate or postgraduate degree options at the University of Cundinamarca, and who did not register in the First Call to form the Internal and External Bank of Directors, Advisors and Jury of Undergraduate and Postgraduate Degree Projects.
The purpose of this call for applications is to increase the number of registered candidates who can serve in leadership, advisory, or jury roles. To this end, the following options are available:
Undergraduate
1. Monograph or publishable article
2. Entrepreneurship and Innovation Route
3. Internship
4. Work of artistic creation
Note: The specialization title specified for undergraduate programs is excluded from these options, considering that this option does not involve the assignment of a director and focuses on the development of credits in a specialization program.
Postgraduate – Specialization
Note. Thesis supervision for this level of training is excepted as established in articles 29, 31 and 33 of Academic Council Agreement 024 of 2023 and applies only to the function of jury member.
Postgraduate – Master's
1. Reflection article or review article or research article
Note: Artistic works at the master's level are excluded from these options, according to article 38 of Academic Council Agreement 024 of 2023.
Postgraduate – Doctorate
1. Doctoral thesis and reflection or research article published in the second academic year and research article approved for publication
In accordance with the requirements established in Agreement 026 of October 1, 2024 approved by the Academic Council and Resolution of the Administrative and Financial Vice-Rectorate No. 062 of November 28, 2024
REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE
Participants not affiliated with the University of Cundinamarca
- Master's degree and/or doctorate (with validation if applicable).
- Have up-to-date CVLAC, ORCID, and Google Scholar profiles.
- Indicate which translocal research line(s) of the University of Cundinamarca you are enrolled in.
- Minimum professional teaching experience of two (2) years, in higher education institutions, supported by work certification.
- Faculty to which he/she is enrolled.
- Degree option you wish to accompany as director.
- For professors from other Higher Education institutions who wish to participate, a maximum essay of three (3) pages will be required, consistent with the Digital Transmodern Educational Model MEDIT and the Institutional Science, Technology and Innovation Policy.
- In the case of professions and professionals with a social projection profile, a University Social Interaction certification must be available, stating that the knowledge and learning manager or professional has experience with social projection.
- Copy of national identity card.
