The Graduate Office invites you to obtain your ID card accrediting you as a graduate of the University of Cundinamarca by logging into the platform with your respective username and password, selecting the Institutional Request System (SIS) option, then Admissions and Registration Management, clicking on Graduate ID Card, selecting your academic program, clicking on Generate ID Card, and in this way you will obtain it.
To request an employment certificate with job duties, you must complete the ADOF028 form and send it to the email address [email protected] and in it you must specify full names, identity document number, where they work and/or office and in the subject of the email EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATE
Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

As a general rule, fifteen (15) days to answer petitions, complaints, claims, and suggestions, ten (10) days to answer requests for information, and thirty (30) days to answer inquiries.
To request an employment certificate with salary, the ADOF028 form must be filled out and filed at the correspondence offices.
The judicial notification email of the University of Cundinamarca is the electronic means by which lawsuits and judicial and extrajudicial decisions in which the University is a plaintiff, defendant, or party involved are notified. Therefore, we kindly ask that you refrain from sending unrelated matters to these emails.
The requests that University offices can make through Integradoc are: Public-private procurement, direct contracting and contract reviews, advances and down payments management, expired terms, settlement minutes, agreements, legal opinions, and academic staff hiring policies.
