Decree 1072 of 2015 “Through which the Single Regulatory Decree of the Labor Sector is issued,” determines the guidelines and conditions regarding Occupational Health and Safety, which must be mandatory, which is why the “Manual for Contractors, Subcontractors and Suppliers” is made known to Supervisors and Auditors, so that they have the institutional guidelines for the development of their work from this perspective.
